What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We have 2 different shipping methods: standart shipping and priority (express) shipping.

Standart – royal mail, correos,e-packet,au post,4px.

Priority (express) – Aramex,FedEx,TNT,DHL

Why isn't my tracking number updating?

It’s possible your tracking information isn’t updating because the package missed a tracking scan. In most cases, the item is still in transit to the destination and the final delivery is unaffected. If you suspect the item has been lost, please contact the courier with your tracking number and they should be able to locate your item.

If the courier confirms the item is lost, please go to Profile >Purchases > In progress and select the order in question. Submit a Refund/Return request. After it is approved, we will issue you a refund.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

What payment methods does Techzeros accept?

Is my package insured?

Not all items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Techzeros to the shipping address, depending on the order amount. But once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for (if the package has been send for registration or insured), they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.
